About FiBu

Fi Buchet (FiBu) is a New Zealand-based performer, writer and producer of lo-fi, experimental electronica. Her music been described as "atmospheric and slightly disturbing - in a good way!"

FiBu keeps herself entertained through a mixture of live performance, digital music production and flexing her musical muscles in freestyle jams in her mate's garage, aka HiViz Jamz.

She explores diverse concepts ranging from social programming, AI and materialism, to self-acceptance, growth, love and connection. Of course her music features plenty of lush vocals, but she loves constructing instrumentals just as much, and uses her voice as an instrument.

FiBu strives to be unconventional, versatile, and to always deliver something unexpected; her ultimate desire is that her music inspires inner journeys through alien landscapes.
